Kit Modus
Meg Gourley has been a company member with Kit Modus since Fall 2018. She has performed in numerous evening length works, further described below, and danced for festivals such as the Woman in Dance Conference, the Callanwolde Solstice Series, Newnan Arts Festival, and Creative Mornings.
Kit Modus was described as "a small but mighty force in the Atlanta dance community" by ARTS ATL 2018 Year in Review and Into the Proscenium’s 2020 Year End Review
Kit is currently working with Christian Denice, Yoshito Sakuraba, and Jillian Mitchell's latest work Scion

Coming off many cancellations due to Covid-19, Kit Modus hosted a socially distanced, outdoor show with over 100 attendees sitting in their germ pods in an amphitheater with work generated before and during the pandemic. The piece included five dancers, combining full body movement with sharp, specific details, and Katie began the work. Read the preview here.
Ditto was accepted to the 2oth Anniversary Virtual Dumbo Dance Festival, June 10th-13th, 2021.

Kit Modus began their Virtual Choreographic Residency series due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In this series, choreographers will Zoom in to set a work on the company. Choreographers include Pulkit Sharma (Delhi, India), Ruben Julliard (France), Alexander Espinosa (Spain), Maddie Hanson (NYC). Pieces were performed side-by-side with Mitchell's work-in-progress Purgatory.

An evening of three original works, including Prettyend by Mark Caserta, Imminence by Jillian Mitchell, and Figment (excerpts) by Jillian Mitchell. Over the course of two performances in the Emory Performing Arts Studio, audiences were taken through a variety of aesthetics and ideas surrounding loving relationships and abandon.

Meg was chosen to premiere a duet of a work in progress by founder and choreographer Jillian Mitchell. This piece was book ended with works by guest choreographers Autumn Eckman and Noelle Kaiser.
That Mysterious Flow

An evening length work created by Jillian Mitchell, Flow produced a mysterious atmosphere in Callanwolde’s courtyard space. Performed in December 2018 and January 2019, Flow was well received and reviewed, DIY Dancer saying “the dancers delivered a striking interconnectivity”
